Mr. Saywitz, founder of Builders Bank, has been a developer, owner and
manager of commercial real estate since 1987. He established Builders
Bank in 1997 to fill the need for a lending institution structured to
serve the commercial real estate community.

Charles Hall - President
Mr. Hall joined Builders Bank as President in 1999. He has nearly 20 years
of lending and bank management experience, and has held positions as a
Chief Lending Officer and Regional Banking Center President.

Daniel Ruvalcaba - Executive Vice President/Chief Lending
Officer
Mr. Ruvalcaba has overall responsibility for Builders Lending Department
including national loan origination and business development as well as
the Bank's regional Loan Production Offices. A 25-year industry veteran,
he previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer
at Hawthorne Savings Bank and California National Bank.

Ronald Fack - Executive Vice President/Operations
Mr. Fack is responsible for Operations at Builders Bank, including all
aspects of deposit management. He has been with Builders since its inception
in 1997, and helped to establish the bank. Mr. Fack has over 27 years
of experience in banking operations.

Jeffrey Ebbesen - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ebbesen, who joined Builders Bank in 2001, is a Certified Public Accountant
with more than 20 years of financial industry experience. He was previously
Treasurer of Liberty Federal Bank and Chief Financial Officer of Midwest
Banc Holdings.
